Designed for people. Built for machines.
Mouriaux designs and builds the systems behind established businesses, so the people in them have more time for each other and for customers.
Connection comes first.
The most valuable thing a business does is connect people: a customer who feels understood, a team that works well together, a founder who is present at home as well as at work.
Repetitive admin gets in the way of that. We design automation to take it off people's desks, so their time goes to the work only people can do.
We map before we build.
Every project starts by understanding how the work really happens, not how it is written down.
We measure first.
Value is projected from a baseline and checked afterwards.
We build to be handed over.
Systems are documented so you are never dependent on us.
Your data stays yours.
It stays in an isolated environment and is never used to train public models.
Founder
Time, and a business that does not depend on them for everything.
Hours of founder time spent on operational work, before and after.
Finance
The cost of the work, accuracy, and a projected return that can be checked.
Baseline cost of the process against projected, then actual, cost.
Operations
Fewer hand offs, fewer errors and clear ownership.
Error, rework and turnaround figures from the baseline.
Team
Less repetitive admin and more time on customers and skilled work.
Time returned per person per week, agreed with the team.
